I received a message from Zak asking for my order # and info indicating he was the new owner and would get me a refund.
NOTHING but silence for three weeks
Not only do they NOT live up to 1st promise to resolve, they contact and indicate it'll get handled 2nd and they don't follow through on that.
VERY BAD BUSINESS - Stay away - still a ripoff company.
I stand by this comment until I have received a refund - I do not want any product they have to offer. I will change my comment when refund received.
