First time to ever order from lazada was last dec 22 delivery and the date was dec 29. I waited til january 5 before i emailed lazada about the delay in my order and i got a reply saying that they cant contact the supplier. Ok fine. Benefit of the doubt but then i cancelled my order since the delivery is taking so long. That day that i cancelled, i immediately ordered the same item but at a higher price thinking that since it's "sold and fulfilled by lazada" i will definitely get my orders hassle free! By next morning i was so excited when i received a text message from lazada saying that i will get my orders today (jan 6) so i should prepare the payment since i opted for COD. I waited the entire day hoping that my orders would arrive already as i was so excited! Come 8:30pm i got another text from lazada which said "UPON YOUR REQUEST, WE POSTPONED THE DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER..." i was so shocked! Why would i cancel it?! I was waiting for it the whole day! What does this "postponed" even mean? Will i ever get my orders? Planning to cancel it again if it does not arrive on time. Can you pls check the REAL STATUS of my order and not the one i hear when i call your hotline. Ty
