Good day! I would like to inquire about the status of my order. I was expecting it to arrive on the 21st of December 2015 but no delivery was made. Instead, according to LBC, it was still in transit to hub, etc. And as I checked the status of the package this afternoon using LBC's Track and Trace, it stated there that yesterday, Jan. 4, the package's status was Out for Delivery and then immediately after delivery failed because Home was Closed. That couldn't even be possible since the shipping address I stated upon checkout was my office address. We were open the whole day yesterday and then the status of the package today was waiting for pick up. Do I need to pick it up at their branch?! I haven't even been informed that I have a package waiting to be picked up. What kind of service is this from you and your partner courier?
