Hello I returned a keimav miracle hair curler last jan. 21 one day after the delivery because i thought it was the same professional hair curler. I filled up the form and send it thru lbc but i didn't do the online return form. Until now i havent receive any confirmation if the lazada receive it. I would like to ask to replace the keimav with professional hair curler.
