Hi. I ordered a sewing machine for my mother-in-law. We tested it, unfortunately, it's faulty. Its power intermittently stops, its needle jams, and its stitches are not tight. The instructions are to go to "My Orders", then click return button. So I tried to find the link/tab to return the item in your website but it doesn't have any.
