I am really upset with your service like other customers here. In the return form, a replacement is chosen over refund for the item bought more 2 weeks ago. Then all of sudden you sent me an email that telling me that you tried to call me to ask if I want a refund or replacement. Then because you haven't reached me, you suddenly decide that you'll just give me a refund. FYi, I held my phone the whole day and never I received any call. Until now, no news from you.
