My return item was evaluated last Dec. 23,2015, same day I received a txt message that my refund will be processed within 2 business days until now I have not received my refund. I used Cash On Delivery. And based on their refund methods for COD are bank transfer and store credits, I chose bank transfer. I provided my bank account number in the return form when I intiated to return the item through LBC. From time to time I check my bank account to see my balance, until now I have not receive my refund. Please help
