Ordered a Salar KX-101 Over-the-Ear Gaming Headset (Black) last wednesday (04/05/2016) and received the product on friday the same week.

Upon using, the audio sounds are good and functioning as expected but when i tried the microphone attached to the headset, the sound has low quality.

Tried to adjust my pc and tested on other computer but the result is the same.
Low sound and static noises on the background is heard when recording the microphone input.

Reason: Quality - below expectations
Return Method: Product replacement

I'd like to ask how long is the procedure for the product to be replaced or if all Salar KX-101 Over-the-Ear Gaming Headset (Black) has low quality microphones, is it possible find another product?

If product exchange is possible, what are the procedures needed to be done?
