on 2/10/20So far, no success. Very unhappy with product and with the reps who sold it to us. The guard screens fill up with debri and pine needles, and water does not enter the gutters properly, but instead runs over the edges and drips the entire length of the gutters. We will still have to brush off and pick out debri on a regular basis to keep cleaned off, which we were told we would not have to do ever again. We have asked to have them removed, but have been refused. I would love to add a picture, but do not know how to do this, and not sure I even am capable of doing so. Older people are preyed upon for stuff like this, and I would love to help get it stopped. Working with the credit card company, now, to get it resolved. We have always had an excellent credit rating, and we're hoping this rating will not be damaged by refusing to pay for something that doesn't work right. Asking for a charge back. We shall see.
No success story here. They boast a lifetime warranty that is deceiving basically worthless just as the product. I've had mine for 8 months! I got some hail damage and they said they'd replace them for $5107! I purchased them for $4921! I mentioned the warranty and it was like there was no such thing. So I'm out $4900 for some 8 month old damaged filters. Unless I want to pay $5107 to replace them! That is so unacceptable!
I don't have a success story, I have a HUGE failure story. DON'T buy anything from LeafFilter. It's WAY overpriced and the gutters drip from end to end, front and back. The only way the company will do anything to help me is if I sign an agreement not to disparage the company in any way. I refused to sign it. I've been trying for more than two months to get the problem taken care of, but the gutters still drip.
