Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck

The best you could do is forget about them and go buy your boots a place you could try, it took me 2 hours to find a pair with fit me perfectly, never buy on ligne, especialy boots... take care... pierre

Best experience is to read customer reviews on that particular item. Many customers will tell if the product sizes large or small and that should help get you to the right size. Motorcycle wear is particularly sized different than normal clothes. But in the end it is always a risk.
