No legal zoom just collected my money and did not pay the state fees that they already collected the money for. End result the state hit me with the late fees

No however legal zoom is basically you paying more for a centralized database of all states legal documents. They fill them out so it's correct and typical charges are about DOUBLE. Thethe just refiled a dba for me for 148 when the state charged 71, and it was a 2 page form but I wanted it done right because I'll be suing someone...

I haven't done anything with a living trust but I would hire a professional lawyer face to face for that.
