I'm not sure, I am starting to fear I've been scammed off of the horrible customer service. I am not sure how they have such high reviews

Scam! They use loopholes in the terms and conditions to deny or minimize payouts for claims. After dissatisfaction with my claim, I left a negative review on Consumer Affairs, which prompted LHG to call and offer an "elevated refund"—but only if I signed a "settlement and release agreement." This behavior prioritizes silencing dissatisfied customers over fulfilling their promises or delivering fair service.

Total scam worse Warranty company on the market. Totally regret leaving the company I was with before.

In my experience, they are a scam. Feel free to review my review and look at the documents they force you to sign.
NDA to get the refund you are owed unless you take a lowered amount. (I took tge lower amount)
Repair agreement states that LHG is not responsible for wrong parts or if the part doesn't work that they send. Also says you can't file a second time on the same part.

This company is a scam, they are always ready to take your money but never provide you any service. They will harass with long wait on call and then take 48 hours time to do anything then another 48 hours and force you to fix your issue yourselves. Just a big scam!
