Read about someones contracted being terminated, abruptly over the amount of minutes being compensated. Agent was correct. Liveops did pay theagent but terminated their contract the next day. BBB in San Jose, Ca has no negative on them or they(LO)have satisfactorily resolved any issues. I'm up in the air on joining them. Have had my fill of ripoff artists. When in doubt always follow the money.

I never said it would be easy. I only knew that it was a legit company who did pay their employees/contractors and had some good accounts.

I worked for Live Ops in 2013. I was abruptly terminated with no opportunity for reprisal. It's been over two years and I want to work again for them, but 'the machine' won't let me in. They offer lenient work environment for their in office staff, but for their independent agents, there is no wiggle room, or opportunity to fix or correct an issue. There is a lack of humanity in their dealing. One critic said that their standard answer to any technical issue was "check your server or your phone line." They never will accept that there might be a glitch at their end. They leave you without assistance for hours even days before they get back to you via email. Their methods are tough and ultimately they will terminate you if you miss a word or interchange a word in their scripts. It's a tough job and if you get good pay it's because you are talking non-stop for 6-8 hours a day. It's not a job for the faint hearted, that's for sure and yet with all that, I was that good, jumped through all their hoops, became a Sales Pro, and still they terminated my account for a reason unknown, and that is all I can say.
