Continue emailing them stating you want money back to your account and therefore it is not to be put into their own account as you won't be purchasing again. Also state distance selling and consumer law. Keep emailing them and don't stop. If you paid by PayPal escalate the issue. Good luck
EXACTLY! I've had several issues with them! Who wants a flipping CREDIT when they always have problems? Why come back again? I also felt like I was duped and hustled!
Choice is yours. I usually do it via my fone. They either scan the bar code or take a photo. Just keep everything including proof of purchases as it is not a very reputable company.
