Very difficult and when you do reach them, they tell you lies and don't follow through as promised
IMPOSSIBLE. It's not customer service when you are forced to call a number to a call center overseas and speak with someone who is incapable of providing you with actual customer service. You can't call the local store where you spent thousands of dollars, to speak with anyone.
You can get connected to someone, but their wait times are generally long - even if you talk to someone initially, and likely unhelpful... most of the time my call was dropped around 20 minutes and then I would have to call back and explain things to someone else again, only to be put on hold again, or told that another department or a manager had to approve something and I would "be contacted", which never worked out. I even attempted a Sales Manager Escalation twice, and no one contacted me with that either.
Unnecessarily hard to check on order status. Phone wait time is about 40 minutes. I have to go in person to get updates, which doesn't even work by the way.
I waited 45 minutes to reach someone in customer service that provided 0 help.
