How come when I gave an honest review it was downvoted? Is LL Bean downvoting? I then noticed anyone who gave a negative review got downvoted.

What has happened to LL Bean? I ordered a pair of boots two weeks ago and the order hasn't even been processed yet. I called and the customer service person had no idea when, or if, the order would be shipped. Worse yet, he didn't seem to care...said he'd be happy to cancel my order. Are you still in business??
