i neeed a number to local flavor in syracuse i paid for 2 certificates and did not receive the full certificate thank u

The number they have is bs as the whole company is. Most merchants say they were tricked and claim they get nothing. This is why merchants often are refusing these vouchers also. Have fun trying to get refund on anything. They were decent early in but not now. Stay clear of anything with these guys...
