I ordered 2 swimsuits. They sent me an email soon as I placed my order stating my order was received. I'm worried reading the reviews that my order wont be here in time for my cruise. I ordered standard delivery. But I still didn't receive my 50 percent off, When I went to edit my order to add shoes, I don't know if my original order was sent or if its postponed waiting on me to complete... I don't want to be charged doubled for the swimsuits. Please help!

Best of luck I paid for 2 day shipping and got my item over 2 weeks later. The item i got on time was damaged. The quality was awful...

I ordered from them and it was the worst experience ever. They are rude and the sizes are made for Barbie dolls. They should be shut down.

I was supposed to get mine within 3 days, and 3 weeks later it was Halloween and no costume arrived, then they fought me on the charge so I reported them to my bank to have the charge removed. Most ridiculous company EVER! Don't ever purchase anything from this site again Shamona, it's not worth it.

I won't order from them again. I paid for 2 day shipping and got my pants 6 days later. And the were ripped!

Yeah they sent me the wrong bikini and wouldn't exchange it, the size M was actually a 0,, wouldn't do exchanges, they were extremly rude to me when I complained saying they should have accurate size charts, they sent me a pair of pants that were ripped, wouldn't exchange those either. They are a joke

Spend your money elsewhere! Zaful.com is great its cheap and the quality isn't bad at all, and sizes are true!

Good luck most orders don't come on time and the sizing is so small fits an asian person

This is a very un-trust worthy company. Trying to speak to a customer service rep is like pulling teeth. Like I said I have a credit for apprx. 60 dollars but every time I get through to use it they have no record of it. They don't do refunds only store credits... which leaves me assed out of my money because they can't get it together. I'm going to report them to the news. I will NEVER order another thing from them..

Your better off ordering from somewhere else to be on the safe side of you really need the items quickly! My order was supposed to be shipped within 4 days and 10 days later I had to call over a 100 times to get someone on the phone to cancel.

Good luck. Send an email with complaint, go to the website contact area and make a complaint. Keep being a nuisance and you'll get some answers. hopefully.it worked for me, may not for you.
