Does this company actually exist? Or have I paid money to a scam artist?

Hey, the company is registered in China, not as Lotus Leggings, but "Yiwu Moshiner Network Technology Company Limited - China Leggings"

The business is listed here: http://www.manufacturers-directory.com/p-165438.html, and here: http://www.diigen.com/yiwu-moshiner-e-commerce-co-ltd/

The business seems to be registered to the following person whose name is on all Lotus Leggings parcels as Sender:
Mr Zheng, Bei ling xin,
Qu, Wuyi, Jinhua, Zhejiang
China 321200
** Tel (?) 15268612176 **

Lotus Leggings have a long history of bad customer service: https://www.complaintsboard.com/lotus-leggings-b123812

Their FB community is censored. For example, any negative comment will not be approved EVER. You can slip a negative comment in under a Lotus Leggings post, in among the thousands of other positive responses, and it may be there for about 2-3 hours, but it too will be deleted.

The company accepts direct credit card payments via their website, so no third party is involved, e.g. PayPal or eBay, etc. This is what allows them to evade responsibility and keep everyone's money if orders go wrong - offer no exchanges or refunds.

The Returns address they gave me was an empty field in North Carolina, with a furniture shop in the background, lol. Don't bother trying to exchange or return any leggings. It's simply not going to happen. And every time you write to Lotus Leggings, it's a different person responding, as if they have a hundred employees, lol. I don't buy that for a second.

The product looks good, but I have to say, the leggings look different to the website, and the material starts falling apart after about a week of normal use.

China websites are full of these leggings and they cost half less than in Lotus. I Assume Lotus are making re-selling from sites like Aliexpress and thats it. Lotusleggings are not producers to my opinion.

They exist, but I think the problem is they don't actually have their inventory in house. They have the manufacturer send it from China. It's called drop-shipping. Drop-shipping works great if the products don't take too long. I don't think they are a scam, but their business practices show that they care very little for the customer. Now, I know it is stipulated on Lotus Leggings' website that delivery takes 5-25 days, but that wasn't my main problem. My issue with them was they lack in timely responses, and send out canned responses and fail to provide shipping updates and tracking info in a timely manner. Even if items take a very long time to get to the customer, having good customer service can make that not seem so bad. When a company lacks in the customer service department, deletes and ignores negative reviews and comments, and acts like they don't care, it ruins their reputation. It tells me they are only about volume first time sales, and don't care about repeat business.

I'd say it's a scam. Leggings are not the same as pictured. I received Chinese sized leggings that my daughter wont be able to fit for $60. None of the deals are real. And you have to pay restocking fee. And you are not able to talk to any one person it is a different person each time like they've never heard from you ever with the same automated response. Dont buy. Risk buying from wish, it's the same quality

The 1st time I ordered with them I was extremely happy. I still find the quality Of their leggings very good. However the sizes vary on the different types and styles of the leggings. So If you order a small In one type of legging you may wear a medium In another type. Your return has to be done within 7 days of you receiving the item. You have to send them pictures provide them with your order number and the tracking numberFor what you are returning and you have to pay to return it. Their customer service is extremely awful. You cannot call them only email. When they respond back to you it is as if they have not even read your email. When you respond back to them you get a whole different person who seems like they Did not readThe 1st email or the 2nd email you sent. They will Not refund your money but only give you a store credit. Sometimes they send you out the same product in the same size as a replacement and then you have to email them again and tell them way it just took 30 days to send out the same crapp you sent me That I had a problem with in the 1st place. Then they started putting their logo on the leggings which would have been no problem but when they put it right in the middle of the design making The leggings look extremely ugly I don't even want to wear them. What is shame for such comfortable good quality leggings. ONN so many times when they offer these great deals on Facebook and then you go to check out the deal does not apply. These deals are only for like an hour to 2 hours at a time so by the time you get to customer service the deal is over. So yeah it's a scam.

Lotus Leggings are not a scam, but basically steal your money in some way. When you return the Leggings back WITH YOUR OWN money, they dont refund the full price even if it has never even been worn or washed! When I received the leggings I returned immediately due to the POOR and CHEAP quality. Do not even try, I lost $30 for giving this company a chance... so maybe they are a scam
