DO NOT ORDER FROM CANADA! They will charge you an insane amount for duties and taxes! I bought 2 dresses worth about $70 CAD each and I had to pay $68 CAD in duties and taxes! I've ordered from many other American companies and online stores and I've never ever paid this much is duty or taxes!

I bought 3 dresses hoping to keep one and I had to pay 141$ in duties for my order of 394$!
Now I want to return my items and I have to pay 100$+ to return to them! This in INSANE!

I was charged tax and duties for mine, about 30-35% of the total purchase.

If your order is under $100 you shouldn't be charged! Just ordered a 84$ bridesmaid dress to Canada and didn't pay anything upon arrival

Went to pick up my parcel at the local post office in France only to find I had 110 to pay in custom taxes! Horrible! This is almost half the value of my total purchase! Really bummed and won't be buying from Lulus again.

Theres literally a box at checkout that says you pay ur duties internationally so idk why ur all complaining. Order locally if you don't want to pay to import items!

I have bought from this company many times but NEVER again! The duties and taxes are crazy only because this company puts the original price!
After speaking to Canada Post they told me it was not mandatory for them to put the original price I will never ever again purchase from this store! They are a scam! My purchase was for 138 and I payed 75 in taxes and duties! So lulus will never again see me purchase from them. Truly they are scam. Half their clothes doesn't even look the way they say it does on a website! And I have lots of their clothes and can prove!
