If this is not a scam, they're trying really hard to be one.

Lumens.com is a scam; they are not an honest business. They sell defective merchandise under their 'open box' label and then will not accept returns.

I rarely write reviews, but feel it is necessary to let the world know how dishonest this company is. I only ordered from them because they clearly stated an item I needed immediately was in stock. I paid extra for overnight shipping. Then I get a notice that it would not ship for two more weeks because of the volume of things they needed to ship. Then when that date passed, I called and was told that it was never really in stock and the manufacturer had another two month back order. They deceived me and offered no apology.

SCAM
I couldn't believe the customer service. Literally THE WORST online shopping experience ever.

They are definitely not a reputable company. Steer clear of ordering anything from them.

SCAM! Stay away. I made the mistake of ordering without looking at reviews.

It's a legit company that needs to work on their customer service.
