If it is anything like trying to get the money they take from your bank account, after not receiving ANY products. All I can say good luck, this company is very scandalous, just research the name...

One must have a return authorization from the company, which was very difficult to obtain. I had to argue with customer representative and threaten to contact the BBB. One has to deal over the phone and get recited about 5 minutes of rapid instructions, every sentence ending in "or you will be charged... this or that". No written confirmation was ever received. Their "trial" commercials are borderline fraudulent.
