Next day delivery is next day from dispatch, same as it is with all companies - it does not specifically mean next day from when you order (though some companies try and keep to that, that's not what it means or what they're promising). It means "when it's put in the delivery van, you'll get it the next day". It's not deceptive.

I asked the same thing. They shrugged their shoulders and told me it would be 8 days instead. Surely this is illegal?
