Hi, Mega Motor Madness is under new management and we apologize for any delay in your order. Orders placed on our website are processed the same day and ship the following day unless the product is being fully assembled and tested. Our assembly time frame is now 4 business days. Without looking up your specific order, usually, once we receive your email requesting a refund, our team will review your request and if a refund is approved, our accounting department usually needs 1-2 business days to complete the refund process on our end. Then it goes through the system back to your bank or credit card company to complete their part and that time frame depends on the bank or credit card company's policies. Please email our customer service team to follow up on your refund request if you already contacted your bank and they haven't received any refund info.
