I purchased a scooter and a 4wheeler for my grandchildren for christmas. the scooter has been rode 1 time we cant get it started when trying to start it runs for about 10 seconds then gas comes out the exhaust and it stops running is scooter still under warrenty it seems to be a carbaurater problem

Question:

I place a order on 12/7/15 paid with my debit card same day! the money was deducted out of my account on 12/10/15! i have sent several messages and emails, still no reply! their website says 24-72 hours for processing today is the 10th day it is showing processing! has anyone else had trouble with them! i called again monday she said the website hasn't been updated all month, but it sure update to say my order was being processed! she said it has not been shipped yet but to call back today! so i am wondering if anyone has had trouble with this company?

Hi, Mega Motor Madness is under new management and we apologize for any delay in your order. Orders placed on our website are processed the same day and ship the following day unless the product is being fully assembled and tested. Our assembly time frame is now 4 business days. How long to get my refund? it has been over 3 weeks now:(

Hello, thank you for your question. Without looking up your specific order, usually, once we receive your email requesting a refund, our team will review your request and if a refund is approved, our accounting department usually needs 1-2 business days to complete the refund process on our end. Then it goes through the system back to your bank or credit card company to complete their part and that time frame depends on the bank or credit card company's policies. Please email our customer service team to follow up on your refund request if you already contacted your bank and they haven't received any refund info.
