You just need to rate your seller in order for payment to be released. If you dont submit a seller Rating within 3 days of receipt of the item, or if we can confirm delivery through the items tracking information, well assume the transaction was successful and release payment to your seller. NO! Look around the web, I clocked up over 10,000 people RIpped OFF! There are petitions, BBB, and sites like this by the pages against them with accounts frozen with money in them. Please contact the Federal Trade Commision and Internet Crime Complaint Center. (IC3). It is illegal to keep anyones money! The IRS would like to know where all this money is also? Whos paying taxes on it? FTC will get your money! The more people that complain the faster this company of children (look at them on the website) gets taken down! The faster we all get paid!
You HAVE to rate(accept) purchase b4 seller is paid. I don't understand how you are looking for refund. You simply don't accept purchase. At that time the form automatically appears for you to explain issue.

Ask questions. The seller should be open and honest. And read the fine line about the sell. If it says no returns don't buy it.

If they don't ship it they don't get paid. Every transaction has access to customer service if you need it and sales are monitored. You receive an email once your package is delivered. Once u open and inspect you submit a reply to email stating that you received it and its as advertised. If there's an issue you state what problem is and from there the seller will either fix the issue or you will return it and they will not be paid. (Free returns for damaged or not as described items). If something doesn't fit or you don't like it you're out of luck. (This is repeated before you confirm each purchase)
