He tried to sell me portfolio's in houses to which I wasnt interested as they were in areas that wouldnt sell. But he approached me to invest in his other website which is a replica of the www.midasproperty.com called www.cash4property.net. He drew up a contract so that me and my friend invest £10 each and him £10K each making a £30K investment. He said he did this things before and made alot of money from this. BUt he was only after one thing our money.
However, the contract stated that he was to use this in advertising on Google advertising. The business was to sell houses below market value etc. Into to investment I and my freind asked to see what was spent of the budget and he sent us a fake google ads statement that he had created from the Google ads word showing how many people visited the website and also how much was spent. The police got involved.
From the investigation not only he didnt put his £10K into this project but also of my and my friend £20K only £1100 was spent on advertsing on Google and the rest he spent on himself. He had told a whole load of lies on emails to me and my friend as he is nothing more than a scam artist that scam people. He makes himself out to be a millionaire. When the police raided his house and took his PC away to look into this his wife found out and kicked him out the house as his wife doesnt even want to knwo this person Mr Jamie Halfpenny. So stay clear from him otherwise you will loose your money as he will scam you.
