Hi I ordered 3 mate 20 pro flip cases on December 2018 and still have not received it today. Iam inOntario Canada it it normal? ( today is14,Jan 2019)

i have order a phone casing and it still havent arrived
I ordered 3 mate 20 pro flip cases 0n 30th december 2018 and still not receive it. I am in Ontario Canada and now is January 14 2019 is it normal?
