I ordered window parts from Mobile Home Parts Store and got exactly what I needed. Seems legit to me.

Definitely legitimate. I liked that they emailed me a "quick response form" to tell them I had received my order and to call them if another 48 hours passed without delivery.

Legit company. They even called me to say hey when you order a skirting trim kit. It has all the hardware. Are you sure you want to order a extra hardware pack. I said no I didn't need a second one. I had my refund of 20 some bucks about 3 days later. So do not stress they are real and a honest business at that. Glad I saved some beer money lmbo

Legit, but beware that item descriptions (measurements) are entirely accurate... and they'll take your money and then email you that "actually, the items are backordered" and then never follow up again. They "didn't get my request to cancel my order" and, oh yeah... be prepared to pay return shipping for any reason (even when it's their fault) and pay STUPID crazy shipping amounts.

Placed an order for a storm door and associated hardware. Was told the next day of a 4 week backorder status. Called 7 weeks after order date to be advised would be another 8 weeks. Customer service agent hung up on me when I asked for a refund, but fortunately show it was refunded back via my card issuer.

Definitely scammers. Check BBB reviews and complaints. All of you who got what you were after, congrats! You were some of the lucky ones. I ordered, wasn't told it was back ordered (site said ships within 3 days I think) but nope. A month later it arrived broken so we wouldn't sign for it (they said don't sign if it's damaged) then they proceed to tell me I have to wait ANOTHER 3 weeks cuz it's in back order. So now a SECOND month later, it's arrives (only 1 of 12 items ordered Tho) so I call to ask where the rest is, just get get a very bad attitude on the other end of the line telling me they already sent it to me (to which I explained no that we refused the order due to damage, and had delivery receipt to show the claim) ended up hung up on, called back and they said they wasn't helping me. Called again the next day, hung up on for the 3rd time. I had to file a case with BBB, and I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission, as well as filed a dispute through my bank for the charge and looking into other avenues. I HIGHLY recommend you shop elsewhere and count your blessings if you actually managed to shop here already and got your stuff

It is not a scam but they'll scam you out of money in any way they can

It's legit. Ordered my parts and got it in just a few days. Will be getting all my stuff from them.

I ordered items from there and they showed up at my door so I'd say they are real.
