They have NO customer service #, when you have a problem with an order, you have to e-mail their 'customer service dept.' then an automated
E-mail response is sent to you. Then another will come 1-2 days later asking you to send them an e-mail with a pic of what is wrong with your order.
My advice... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEIR MERCHANDISE IS JUNK & THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL, IN FACT MOST OF WHAT THEY SELL IS NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE!
Take it from someone that had to learn the hard way!

Part if my order I did not received #4277985. Sterling silver Italian popcorn 20" chain was not in it.

I received a broken necklace and immediately emailed a picture of the broken item. A representative responded the same day and replaced the necklace within a week. Virginia

No return policy. But they do send a replacement.
Case in point, the item I bought had a terrible odor... like it had been sitting in a wet warehouse. When the replacement came, I didn't even open it. The odor permeated through the packaging. It immediately went into the garbage.
I do not advise anyone to purchase from this company.

They don't have a return or refund policy!... you bought it, you keep it!... IF you EVER get it!...

Due to the fact that our deals are so greatly discounted, the deals we negotiate with our vendors are final close-out sales. As such we simply cannot accept returns and all sale are final unless stated otherwise on the deal page. Thanks so much for understanding!
