Don't waste your time or energy, you won't see your stuff for months. When you do get it, it won't be anything like you thought or saw. This place is a scam sorry I to had to learn the hard way.

You can try to submit a "ticket" and they may get back to you or may not. They never ended up refunding me after fighting back and forth for over a month via a ticket. This is truly a scam and a fraudulent operation. My guess is you'll never be able to track it, and if you do get it chances are it will not be what you thought. I wish I read reviews first before wasting over $100 on these crooks! Good luck.

You honestly won't have anyway and I'm telling you now DO NOT order from that site again you won't get it for probably a month and it looks nothing like what your ordered its cheap and they give out false advertisement

If you paid with your credit card contact the credit card company and tell them that you nerve received item and want a refund. Let them help you to deal with it. I would ever refuse package when it arrives. Let that company deal with return cost. Worste company EVER!

It takes approx a month to come :) I've ordered mine end Feb and delivered end of March. Very good condition & im in love with my bikini

I suggest you go to their website and send and email, everyday if you have to. No ine ever answers there phone, however I have gotten a return email from them. Good luck.
