Well I can't believe that Montel Williams does their commercials either. I would think he would be ashamed of what they are doing to the public. But, it is the way it is and I trusted the site without looking any further at the sites below that tell me "it's a scam". I know their going to harrass me to death. I talked to one of the loan officers (on the indian reservation) and told him that I don't mind paying the loan back but was not going to pay the interest rate. He got all hot and angry but I stood by what I said... he said NO that I had to pay what was on the 72 page agreement. It was left at that and I have NOT sent any money to them. They cannot get into my checking acccount any longer and all they had charged me was reversed by my bank and sent back to them "unable to process debit". Now they hate me. Who gives a rats $#*!. I'm a senior and will probably die before this all comes to an end. I ran my butt off taking care of this mess for myself. If you want to help youselves, get busy, telephone company and bank. You go kids.

Why doesn't anyone report MoneyMutual.com to their state's Attorney General's Office and also to the Federal Trade Commission?

Despicable as it is, what they are doing is completely legal. Their Privacy Policy says in plain English what they are going to do with your info. It is your responsibility to read it. Also, the site does not do any lending, so any APR. Payment, or collection practices are up t the actual lender, not the site. They merely sell your info to the lenders. And by using the site, you agree to let them.

I did not finish filling it out or to even click accept. I went to the pprivacy policy-couldn't click on it. I went to contact us because the pop ups of offers alerted me so i went to the contact and clicked and clicked you cannot get to it. If you were able to get to that i don't know how you did cause i could not at all and maybe it wasbecause i started filling out the info first it may have locked that out. Even so there should always be somewhere where you agree accept or even versign. Says its a trusted site and it not. Hundreds of dollars have been accessed for service never rendered. That is not legal. My information and anyone imformation should be protected. The only you could be right about is that they could give an email or way to contact to see if we would like service from these companies. I have over 300 companies mailing me and over 1500 emails. Never recieved or accepted to service foe that matter

What if you close the bank account they sent you the loan too, and not repay such exorbent interest rates. What is there recorse to sue, or just riun your credit. I don't know what to do as there is no way i can afford to pay these rates.on a 300.00 hundred dollar loan i will have to pay back almost 850.00$, plus interest. Please help.

I can not believe that Montel Williams has associated his good name with the company.

I went on their site and submitted the application with all my personal info. I never would have done that except that I figured if Montel Williams is their spokes person, it must be safe.
They sold my info to every telemarketer in the world! Ive had hundreds of calls (51 today alone ON MY CELL PHONE!) and unwanted texts for everything from car loans to replacement windows.

Ive also had more than twenty credit inquiries in just three days. Im disgusted and feel like a fool for getting into this and its all because I trusted the spokes person

Hello Everyone,

I too was in an emergency that could not wait. They gave me my loan of 400 very quick. I am fully aware of the interest rates as I worked in the payday loan industry for Advance America. The rates are typical, 30 to 35 dollars on a hundred. So, I am going to pay in FULL on the due date. You cannot forget to call and tell them 3 days ahead of time. So for 400 I am paying back 520, the 120 being the service fee. Believe me, if they try any crap with me, I have warned them I know all about how this works and there better not be any HIDDEN FEES, SERVICE CHARGES etc. Has anyone had any trouble trying to pay them back in full on the due date? I am very curious about that. Also, how I understand it, if you do not pay in full, they charge you another 120 and the amount of the freaking loan again, is this correct. I was on chat with them last nite and they knew I knew what I was talking about. Also, I have not gotten any spam, as I run a tor and as for my phone it has no minutes and if I do not know the number will not be answering. My home phone has no voice mail, so they cannot get through there. I just want to pay them back and be over it. Any responses will be greatly appreciated. I just got this checking account, the thing I am worried about are the horror stories of other places coming in and trying to take your $$$$! What is up with that peeps?

I might also add that after searching for Money Mutual.com on the Better Business Bureau website, they are [B+] rated. Not bad.

Check it out: http://www.bbb.org/southern-nevada/business-reviews/financial-services/moneymutual-in-las-vegas-nv-90013709

For those of you are having issues with your lender, and not specifically Money Mutual, contact their 800# and work with them to resolve the issue. They have been responsive to me and should be able to help.
