Exactly! But greed seems to have taken over indeed! It's crazy!

Never rent from Mainstreet. Once you complain on one of these sites they will reach out and act like they care, but its only lip service. I have had to contact them daily. Home has a roof leak. Most if Kitchen nit usable. Had company come to tarp roof. They put tar paper on roof. Now leaks through house. All they will say is they are expediting service. Had some contract there twice can't fix drywall, Kitchen cabinets, etc until they fix roof. The house is a mess. Mold in ceiling area. Appears moisture gas been in there fir a while. Everyone living in house is sick. Tried calling just get a run around. I am sure they will respond to this message only to act like they care. STAY AWAY FROM MAINSTREET OR YOU WILL BE SORRY.

You'd think! However, they'd rather see their homes sit empty than accept people based on credit and credit ALONE!
