Is it best to use this all over my face or only the breakout area?

Most of the Murad products are meant for all over use. The exception is the Rapid Relief Spot Treatment.

Depends on the product but generally you use cleansers, toners, and moisturizers all over. Spot treatments are not meant to be used all over, only on the problem area.
