I would like to know what is happening about my problems regarding acrylic picture i received. It had dirt trapped between acrylic and picture, air bubbles and was out of focus. Also skin colour was orange. Sent several emails and got a reply stating they are a German based company and use there laws so no refund and could i send photos of the faults against white paper which i have and despite this and sending more emails have heard nothing.
