Why did you open this fraud website to play with customer's emotions. We send give on special occasion to make the event special. And your website ruining this by not delivering order. Your delivery boy use to call recipient to make mid night delivery in the morning and not deliver all the items also send delivered message in mid night only. This is a very very big fraud what you people are doing. I have ordered two delivery 625484 and 628713 in which I have got one in morning at 8:40 and vase was not there other we still not getyet. Also your delivery boy did not delivered it some one else came to deliver it 7011580948. Unbelievable. I am not gonna leave this like this because I have tried every email phone number message chat to contact you but did not get any response. It's freaking awfully to have your kind of website on Google

Its a scam. Not sure about the refund policy neither do their executives call you back. Only we have to keep them calling

Scam company... no service and no response. Don't end loosing relations because of these fraud people.

I have order 1 rakhi with cake for Rs 764 and order no is 608788. Order was for jaipur and it is not deliver yet.

They are playing with many of customers trust. I want my refund back with penalty.

I ordered a cake from them to be delivered to my cousin for rakhi, obviously making a payment beforehand. They informed me that the cake would be delivered the next day. I kept waiting till 6pm and messaged them, they said it would be delivered by 9pm. That was the last response I got from them. It's been 3 days, they change the delivery date to the next day everyday. They don't have a contact number, they do not respond to their chats, they don't reply to emails or Facebook messages.

They have a page on Facebook where hundreds of people are posting frustrated comments every minute, they go and delete all negative comments every half an hour. I can't believe their nerve! Many people have complained to consumer forum, I'm doing it tomorrow. Don't order from them.

It is a scam. They are fraud. Please don't book any order. This so called company is a biggest cheater in india.

It's a huge scam! If atall you want to waste your money and end up with disappointment, then I would recommend this site! I've faced very bad experience with this site. Please stay away from this shitty frauds.

As of now in my opinion its fraud coz the delivery is still pending
