Almost impossible. Telephoning the number on the website gets two options both of which refer you back to the web chat. Using webchat is just an endless loop - log on and watch it they deal with eight calls a minute until it is yur turn at which time you see why because you are cut off and the cycle starts again

It is nearly impossible, the only way I found to talk to someone was to say I wanted to use there company for a delivery, but when I told them the real reason (a complaint) I was told that they could not help and told me to use their automated service.
