My Vanilla prepaid card customer service hell no they can't help you they can't even speak English

You are completely correct, absolutely non of the customer service representatives know what the hell they are doing for one... The customer service representative that I contacted regarding this same issue is the one the cleared my ( VANILLA GIFT CARD) after speaking with a customer service representative I called my card balance in and it said ZERO BALANCE! So not only is the VINILLA GIFT CARD COMPANY FRAUDULENT, ( THEY SCAM PEOPLE AS WELL) the customer service representative said there was a purchase made to Amazon, THEN WHEN I CALLED AMAZON, THE FRAUDULENT REPRESENTATIVE OF AMAZON SAID A PURCHASE HAD BEEN MADE BY AN INDIVIDUAL MY THE NAME OF ( ROBERTO)? SMMFH ‍‍‍
