A. Anyone that is an International Customer does experience custom fees, which is a bummer. But, at check out you are notified of this information.

You should be fine ordering from them. The people complaining are international customers. Their complaints about international shipping actually aren't Nasty Gal's fault. Unfortunately customs is just expensive, nothing to do with Nasty Gal :/

Australia. Benefit of the doubt try it one time and see for yourself. If they have different suppliers then I hope that you'll get better quality for your money.

If you do order from them, make sure you use Priority Mail or your own FEDEX to return the items. I purchased a few items from them and returned them because the quality and fit were poor.
Nasty Gal claimed they never received them. After much back and forth, the matter was never resolved and I was just out of some money. If you do order from Nasty Gal, make sure you get a tracking number and stay on tops of things so the same thing doesn't happen to you.

Canada. All Canadians get screwed anyways. But Nasty Gal is just a company full of idiots who don't know how to do their jobs. Nor do they even have respect for their customers. I had to actually be rude in order to get all my money back. Well not rude, just stick to my guns and express my displeasure with their service. TIP 1: Save ALLL chat sessions with customer care. They're so dumb and TIP 2: don't even bother with Nasty Gal. They have some cute stuff but my fave site is ModCloth. They know how to treat customers with respect and kindess. And they don't sound like robots.
