Well, it depends on what payment methods you use for withdrawals, thus I can't say how fast because I don't know your preferences but personally I use visa/mastercard method and the transactions are pretty fast and without serious delays.

Regarding reliability, I have been trading with them for half a year and I have not encountered any heavy troubles during cooperation with this company.
