You have to go to their section on "how it works", then click "read more", so you can see their terms and conditions. They offer a trial feature, which I guess is supposed to be helpful, but I think some people don't get how it works, and so they get slammed with charges for the pieces they are receiving on trial. You just didn't learn how it works. It's a great service, but obviously you have to learn how it works...

Sounds like an unusual experience... my experience has been really great, so far...
They have a support line... just contact them... I'm sure you can get your money back...
