They're a fraudulent company.
They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country.
Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account.
YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE.
DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Forget returning, scam to return. On you to ship back to China. And, it will be over 15 days as they say, so no refund.

Below is the email that they sent to me but DO NOT SEND IT BACK TO THEM! I sent all the items I ordered back to them new in their original packaging to CHINA which is where you have to send it at YOUR EXPENSE for items that cost me $167.00. The costs to ship it back was almost $70.00! In total I lost $237.00! Don't send it because it gets "stopped at customs" never to be seen again although I received confirmation that they did indeed receive it back! Just don't buy anything from them. I WARNED YOU! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ANOTHER CHINESE COMPANY LOCATED IN CHINA. I won't bother to give the address because I don't want you to lose your money like I did. Don't order from this company! Period!

"Please note that customer must respond to every email within 7 days. If not, we will close this case after the aforementioned deadline.

Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China.
According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fee). Your refund will be processed after our return center received and inspected the return package.

Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth."

Total scam. Ordered off an internet ad for knit sweater and got t-shirt with knit patter printed on. Have tried to return via their website "return authorization" request but never heard back after several tries. Also emailed them and hasn't heard back. It's long past the 15 day window so I disputed the charge on my credit card, will see if that works. DO NOT BUY FROM NORACORA!

This company is definitely a scam... they are thieves and con artists.
- Anything you see on this site from 'Jules R.' 'Miss W' or any other 'Noracora Rep' is a lie.
- 8 months after ordering and countless attempts to get the money back they owe me ($92 is outstanding) I'm hoping to save others from falling for this scam.
- if you dispute with your credit card company, they send fake proof to the bank that the order has been fulfilled.
- Thousands of fake positive reviews here too - just look at the grammar/language and odd sentences used.
