on 2/18/20Near to IMPOSSIBLE. They will send you all over the place. Beware with Lifelock as it is a different account and will show old accounts or none at all. They will send you everything to but or do except what you need help with by email.
The support is terrible. No one wants you to call them direct anymore and they hide their phone #'s and want you to go thru a thousand faqs to solve your own problem. You'd better have a savy private tech of your own who could throw it all back together after they and their software failed in every way. I have premium service and I would never let them have remote access again. Pathetic.
