Ordered products May, 3rd. They couldn't deliver. I waited 4 weeks and then decided to cancel the order and ask for a refund. Nothing received. Scam!

I have a return of items not compatible with clients. I have left 2 emails for help and instruction, with no response.
I placed an order a week ago and have not received any shipping info. I've attempted to chat/email/call and have not received any sort of response.

Is nutriessential.com a scam or a legit company?
They scammed me. They never shipped order #2874. The even stopped replying to my emails.
