Why do they lie? Why say something will be delivered on a certain date when they know it won't? Why do they exist? Waiting for nearly a year

Depends what you buy but are recliner sofa and chairs where flat packed and we had to assemble them even though Monica the sales member told us the delivery men would do it but they aren't actually allowed too.

My large coffee table was fully assembled, And came in perfect condition. Very happy with it Andy marm
