Has anyone else been scammed by Octalogo? I hired them to make a cryptocurrency consulting website and they didn't finish the job.

Yes, they are a scam. Also operating as Eminent Design. They provide an initial service which seems legitimate to get your credit card on file. Then they start the fraudulent charges. And because you didn't dispute the first charge, banks are less willing to step in for the fraudulent charge.
