Very bad customer service. They will sell you and call you like crazy but when it comes to some changes they will never respond. Better to stay away from them.

Sure their legit, I just purchased tickets through them

Though it is a legit company, their business model is run like a scam company. They're all about ripping people off of helpless situations especially during pandemic if you ever have to reschedule or even if the airlines have to reschedule, OOJO charges at least $250 in administration/processing fees while the rest of the industry does the same for FREE.
