I asked to cancel any renewal and you shut off my service, I can't seem to be able to get in touch with the company via their website. And they haven't returned any of my money.

That is exactly what happened to me. They are just awful with regard to customer service and internet security.

Go into your account and go to the auto renewal and click no. I'm off the site now. My six month membership is up in January. I did meet a couple nice guys on that site, in the end but the questions they have leave me cold. How useful is it to know if someone likes to cook or not?
