Very easy to reach customer service. Getting someone that can actually help you, especially if you are due a refund is an entirely different matter. In that case, nearly impossible.

Very easy to get a hold of customer service at Ovago

Very easy. Just call anybody and ask to be transferred to Customer Service Department.

It is, but what they say is NOT reliable. I talked to them the day before departure and verified everything. This was our big "trip of a life time" to explore New Zealand, with a number of moving parts. Luckily I called United right after talking to Ovago staff, to see if we were on the flight from MSP to Houston -- and we were NOT!. So we have to buy a ticket on Delta a DAY BEFORE OUR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT!
Also, none of our meal preferences were a part of our booking and our frequent flier numbers not registered for anything. I will NEVER use them again, and am only taking my time, so that others don't have a big trip destroyed!
