How the hell are you still in business! For the love of God! You have 10 times more lower ratings than Obama has in the state of Texas! It's very disheartening to see a company with such a great product and ZERO customer service to sell it! Is your corporate office on crack?

Is there any way to receive my refund back on to my card any faster? I called Pacsun a couple of days ago and they said that they were refunding my money back on to my card, saying that it should be refunded within 3-4 business days (the first time I called). I then called again and the lady said it will be a couple days until the company "okay's" it and then it will be an additional 4-5 more days for me to actually receive the money. I am really irritated and the date I'm supposed to receive my money is a WEEK from today. I have to pay a bill with the refund money and I cant afford to wait till next week. IF there's anyone who knows a faster alternative can you please help me?
