Very easy. The phone number is on the site and they're always around during work hours.
During COVID, they won't answer the phone. Even after they know of your problem, they will not have a conversation with you. You will get multiple emails that try to make the problem with their product the customer's fault.
Not very easy I emailed twice and the calls go straight to voicemail.
